Probate jurisdiction in the Bailwick of Guernsey is exercised with speed, efficiency and integrity by the Guernsey Probate Registry. 

There are currently no restrictions on the operation of the Guernsey Probate Registry. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, those living in other jurisdictions are invited to contact the staff by telephone or email if they have any questions about the service of documents and others matters.
